This hotel Is ubicated in a one of the better zone of the city center, the bed room are small (standard size in London) but the bed and shower are very comfortable. All the hotel Receptionist/operator are very helpful. If i come back to London on the next future, i'll choose this Hotel.
My wife and I stayed in this establishment. I am delighted to say we are completely satisfied. The staff is easily the most pleasant part of this place. Ms. Kasha was helpful and very friendly as staff. Mr. Terry had also generously provided help to us as well. The others were as well forgive me i didnt get the name. Very near earls station and Gloucester. Highly recommended.
We stayed at this hotel last week and wanted to leave a positive review, especially for the ladies at the reception: they were very friendly, kind, and helpful! Bonus points to the hotel for Felix, the cat who enjoys being petted outside the entrance.
Small, clean hotel with good connections to the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Keep in mind that the rooms are extremely small. There is just enough room for a double bed and not much else.
Great location, close to the subway, supermarkets and cafes. Rooms are clean and the service is excellent. We're especially grateful for the managers' (ms Ania and ms Kasia) friendly attitude.
It was an excellent experience for my husband and me. The Staff is wonderful. Zorro was specialy kind with us. The location was very useful and near of an metro station. The town is pretty. I will be back when I will can be again in London.
Westbury offered everything I was looking for. A room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and all the essentials. I never seek big rooms cause all I do is sleep in them. The service was the main highlight, the lasy at reception was so polite and made you feel instantly welcome. Will be returning in the near future. David
Great location with basic ammenities. Check in was easy and the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and helpful. We were offered extra tea and cookies and she gave us important information about the train (Tube) to the airport. Our room was in the basement with a glass door to an outside corridor which unfortunately was full of old mattresses and beds frames. I got the feeling this place is in transition. Awesome location near pubs and transportation.
